L’EPSF (Etablissement public de sécurité ferroviaire) a eu le plaisir de participer jeudi dernier à la réunion d’échange d’expérience concernant les franchissements de signaux avec ses homologues de l’ANS polonaise, l’UTK (Urzad Transportu Kolejowego), et de l’ANS allemande, l’Eisenbahn-Bundesamt (EBA).

Compétences des conducteurs, analyse des événements de sécurité, culture de sécurité et facteurs organisationnels et humains ont été au cœur des échanges.

Dans ce cadre, nous avons également eu l’opportunité d’apprécier l’organisation et les moyens du centre étatique d’examen des conducteurs. 

Merci à l’UTK, et en particulier à son Vice-Président Kamil Wilde et à ses équipes pour l’accueil et l’organisation de cet événement ainsi qu’au directeur adjoint du centre d’examen Zbigniew Budziński.

The EPSF was delighted to take part last Thursday in a meeting to exchange experiences on signal violations with its counterparts from the Polish NSA, the UTK, and the German NSA, the EBA.

Driver competence, safety incident analysis, safety culture, and organisational and human factors were at the heart of the discussions.

In this context, we also had the opportunity to assess the organisation and resources of the state-run driver examination centre.
