[NSA LEGAL DAYS 2026]

Après une première édition organisée à Amiens en 2024, puis la deuxième à Bruxelles en 2025, l’EPSF a eu le plaisir de participer à la troisième édition des Legal Days organisé par l’Administration des chemins de fer (ACF) à Esch-sur-Alzette les 8 et 9 septembre 2026.

Un grand merci à l’ACF pour cette organisation et leur accueil !

Cette troisième édition luxembourgeoise a réuni des experts juridiques des ANS allemande, belge, espagnole, polonaise et française.

En plus de riches discussions notamment sur la règlementation entourant les essais, le régime des ports, la cybersécurité, l’ACF a permis aux représentants présents du groupe NSA Legal matters de découvrir le Luxembourg à travers une visite d’Esch-Belval mais aussi un tour guidé de la ville de Luxembourg.

Ces échanges pourraient se résumer à « All we need … is law ».

Following the first edition held in Amiens in 2024, and the second in Brussels in 2025, the EPSF was delighted to take part in the third edition of the Legal Days organised by the ACF in Esch-sur-Alzette on the 8th and 9th of September 2026.

Many thanks to the ACF for organising this event and their warm welcome. 

This third edition in Luxembourg brought together legal experts from the German, Belgian, Spanish, Polish and French National Safety Authorities.

In addition to fruitful discussions, particularly on the regulations governing testing, ports regime, and cybersecurity, the ACF gave the representatives from the NSA Legal Matters group the opportunity to discover Luxembourg through a visit of Esch-Belval as well as a guided tour of Luxembourg City.

These exchanges could be summed up as ‘All we need … is law’.
